- The service
- A 30-day paid pilot of Venuo for one venue: replies to enquiries from the venue's web form and email, drafts to approve, a 07:00 summary email and a stop link.
- Price
- R999.00 including VAT (R868.70 plus R130.30 VAT) for the 30-day pilot. No other charges. A tax invoice is sent by email on the day of payment.
- Payment
- Paid up front through a Paystack payment link, sent by email together with the pilot terms and the operator agreement. Paystack processes the payment; we never see or store card details.
- When it starts
- Your desk goes live within 15 working days of your payment and your signature on the operator agreement, whichever comes later. The 30 days run from go-live.
- Refunds and ending
- If we miss the 15 working days through no delay of yours, you may cancel and get a full refund. If no couple confirms a viewing in your first 30 days, your R999 is refunded, as the pilot terms set out. You may end the pilot at any time by email. Nothing renews by itself. If ECTA's consumer protections apply to you (you contract as a natural person), you also have the cooling-off right in section 44.

- You receive the pilot terms and the operator agreement as PDFs before you pay, the signed copies afterwards, a tax invoice and Paystack's receipt. Ask for another copy at any time.
