This website

• The site describes the Venuo desk and its pilot. It is information, not an offer: a pilot starts only when both parties sign the pilot terms and the operator agreement and the pilot fee is paid.
• The replies, emails and pages shown on this site are samples built from the desk's own templates with made-up venues and couples. Links and buttons inside the samples don't work.
• We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Where the site and the signed terms differ, the signed terms apply.
• The site's words, design and code belong to Splice Computers (Pty) Ltd. You may link to any page.

The pilot, in summary

• What you get: for each enquiry that reaches the desk from your web form or enquiry email, one reply within 15minutes, day or night, in English, or a draft for you to approve. One email at 07:00 with every enquiry, the drafts and a stop link. The desk quotes only your approved prices, never calls a date booked, makes no offer, declines no one and sends no follow-ups. We don't promise more bookings.
• Exceptions to the 15 minutes: your first 3 days (drafts), while the stop switch is on, quarantined mail (auto-replies, bounces, spam) and repeat enquiries, which you answer personally.
• Price: R999 incl. VAT (R868.70 + R130.30 VAT), paid up front through a Paystack link. A tax invoice the same day.
• Go-live: within 15 working days of your payment and your signature on the operator agreement, whichever comes later. The 30 days run from go-live. If we miss it through no delay of yours, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Month-1 refund: if no couple confirms a viewing in your first 30 days, your R999 is refunded, on the conditions in the pilot terms.
• Ending:you may end the pilot at any time by email; the fee isn't refunded pro rata. Nothing renews by itself. At the end we remove the desk and delete your data within 30 days, after an export if you ask for one.
• Your couples' data: you are the responsible party and Venuo is your operator, under the operator agreement. That agreement wins on anything about personal information.
• Liability: set out in the pilot terms, in a clause you initial.
